Glitch with legs and louie 60 min task

Im glad to hear that I am not the only one with this problem. I had a thought that it seems to be related to quests where a large part of the animation appears out of nowhere i.e. the bike, bull and barel, but then why wouldnt it happen to martin's bike or the mayor's podium? Just a thought
