I had the iTunes credit, thanks to. Nice gift, so I thought,eh,why not? And now I am stuck. It takes a lot of "scratching" and I barely get the three spaces uncovered when I am booted out of game. I go back in, and there is the ticket and I start all over again....I can't get past it, it won't let me finish scratching. They can keep the .99 just let me back in to play. Any ideas on how I get past this?

Have you tried clearing the memory of your device. If that doesn't work you can also try deleting and reinstalling the game. Anything more than that and you will have to contact EA, but that will probably take a while.
