Golden Scratcher worth it?
The last time I bought 5 I ended up 13 donuts short of the $4.99 package. But.. the time before that I only bought one and won 50. Total crap shoot!

I won the 100 donut jackpot on my third or fourth Golden Scratch-R, so I'd say they are worth a shot, especially if you're a gambler.
