I need help! How do you shoot down ufos? I see no Ray gun And I've gone through the beginning quests.

continue on the quest and you'll get the mini rayguns to shoot them down

I have my 3 daily actions but nowhere I visit has any actions to give!? :evil:

What quest does it start after? I've sped up a lot of them already and still nothing. At least if I know what I'm looking for...
