Keep flying by & have 8 guns with no success. Tapped many times over water & nada. The quest is no longer in my task book, I'm confused & frustrated.

How do you get guns? When I go to my friend's towns I see leaves blowing around and fall colors, but no ufos. Just the
normal money signs over houses.
