Gremlin voice heard after Halloween event

I experience this when visiting one of my friends. I think this happens, because they haven't updated their game or haven't logged in since Halloween. When I tap some of their buildings, "the ghosts" pops up, instead of a name (or nothing).

Yup, it does seem to happen only when I visit towns that do seem quiet since the halloween event finished.

Doesn't happen when visiting active players

Yeah, I removed all my friends like that. If they aren't visiting their town for that many days, they sure as heck aren't visiting my town.

I have seen "the ghosts" pop up in my own town while clearing handshakes...I updated as soon as it was available.

I removed the friends with the gremlin voices too- I was afraid it might trigger some glitch that would roll back my Springfield.

I also noticed the "the ghosts" message when I tapped on their buildings.
