I recommend Otto, Frink, Dr Nick and Sideshow Mel as great first character premium purchases.
But I would say Otto is best of the bunch. I love his visual tasks like Sleep it off and Jam on the guitar. He also has a task at Johnny Fiestas as well. - got it a few times now always a good feeling
