I agree that this should be a perm. 8 hour quest for 3 reasons
1. Building animation is super cool
2. Lisa's current 8 hour task does not have a 3 person multiplier (so you lose income on Rod and Todd)
3. I have OCD's (not really) and it bothers me to send her on a 6 hour and all my other Springfielders are on 8 hour tasks (cause I have no Lisa skins)

...Does she lose "Babysit Rod and Todd" later on? That's an eight hours task right off the bat.

The Rod and Todd task does not give a 3 char multiplier. it only gives money for Lisa, so you lose a lot of money in the 8 hour tasks. So, give her 2 eight hour tasks, or fix Rod and Todd payout :-)
I'd rather have them just give her this task forever---Sorta like how a few chars have a "visit Mapple Store" even though its not available to get anymore
