The event is supposed to run a course of an entire month so obviously the odds for the particular items are going to be low so you don't win them all in the beginning.
Remember valentine? People got all the items early on and then complained that there was nothing left to do. If you got all easter items after just 4 days then you'd complain that the event was too short and that there are nothing left to do.
Well you could if you're lucky and bought eggs but without donuts you don't have a chance to finding them until you opened at least 12 for blue and pink and 20 boxes for gold only the banana dictatorship
