Halloween 2015?
why would they start halloween event in the mid of september?

2012 - Oct 3 to Nov 5
2013 - Oct 1 to Nov 7
2014 - Oct 7 to Nov 13
Each has 4wks prior, and 1-2 after Halloween. Not really "a short time"...
