You pay money because you choose to do so. If you don't like something, don't buy it. But just because you've liked something and you bought it in the past, doesn't mean that EA has a constant obligation to continue to produce items that meet your particular standards. You like something, you buy it, end of. The makers of the game are not mind readers and can not possibly keep everyone happy and give them content that EACH player wants. You don't like what they offer next? Simple, don't buy it. But no, it does not 'entitle' (lol) you to complain about current and future content, simply because you've spent money on something in the past.
