Yay? As much as I love this show, people holding out for money, doesn't make me think yay........... I think, how many people could you feed @ $300,000 an episode? I want the show to continue, but at what cost? Now we can all hold out for more $$$$ under threat of the show crashing to a halt without certain people- ridiculous.
Wrong, he wasn't holding out for more money. And in the end he didn't get more money because he signed the original contract, the same one all the others signed.
And frankly I'm sick of people who say the show isn't good, or it isn't as good as it used to be. It's still damned good. The ones that say how it's not good anymore haven't watched it in 15 years, so they don't know.
I'm glad he's back on board though. His characters are very important.
Sorry, but that's not true. I have watched a few episodes that I caught in syndication when my kids were watching them, and I saw the Christmas disc episodes. I smiled a few times; I even chuckled once or twice. But the full-on belly laughs and appreciation for the sarcastic wit? Nope. Not there. So I don't change the channel, because I don't even turn on the set.
