I think it would very much depend on an individual's progress on whether they choose to drop naughty friends and in fact whether they choose to drop nice or naughty presents.
I reckon I've received 4 or 5 presents most days and overall I'm sitting at about 1/3 of my neighbours being naughty, whereas I had always been nice. I'll admit I woke up the other morning to find that most of the presents I'd dropped thd night before had been opened as naughty and I took my frustration out on the three presents that were waiting in my town - sorry neighboureenos!
I don't drop presents to people who have a history of being naughty to me but I don't feel the need to delete them either. I just wish that when we tapped a present it would tell us who dropped it so that we could make an informed naughty/nice decision.
