Did anybody buy the Gil deal? I can't find any information about the payout for either the character or building. And 200 Donuts for such an obscure character?

I grabbed him for giggles.. His Take a Dip in the Pool is probably now one of my favorite visuals... I started the event stuff, THEN I saw the Gil icon with a ! in the corner pop up. It did not pop up like past Gil deals have done.
