Hell Ants!

Well I do have some hail ants signs, but they're all smushed up against buildings are stuck in dark alleys now.

Having to visit randoms does make it harder to cooperate with signs or lights. It just doesnt pay off to visit neighbors sadly.


I dont do the signs either though. I feel like very few people know about them so I dont bother.


To me, the biggest sign that the person doesnt defend is finding multiple destroyed houses. Thats where I place nerds fully.

This forum covers around 0.01% of the total TSTO players, and in this forum maybe the 1% is using this tactic. I'd be very surprised to find a non-neighbor with hail ants signs.

I am the sky finger and my job is to tap. I tap anything I find, so I do not have Christmas lights on and any ant signs I own are exactly where they were when the event began. I personally think this event is incredibly easy and see no reason to game it at all. My two towns, freemium and premium, are both over 100k. I revenge neighbors if they tap me and place the rest of my nerds one each up to five per town as they randomly come up. I don't even look at the timer length. Easy reach and availability determine my nerd placement. If you have the time to tap, all you need to do is tap and this event only takes a couple weeks.

I put a lot of time into this game, that's what I'd like to find too but it seems rarer and rarer, Yeah I guess on occasion but feel the need to look around to see if there Castles are under attack as well. If so that says to me they are going to be defending soon to get more nerds. IDK. Sigh.

I come to the forum on a daily basis, except weekends, and this is the first I'm hearing about the Xmas light thing (which I'm assuming is a no-defend indicator)

I only protect my castles.. Ill have everything but the last prize which I'll have in about 6 hours.. This event is to easy..

I agree.

I'm six days ahead of the gold calendar. I'm on 12hr rotation. Easy peasy.

I stopped using elixir to level up and mostly buying decorations.

Visiting neighbors with single nerds per house. Attacking randoms when it only takes < 3 to bring them under 12hrs.

I'm taking advantage of them backing off the grind. I doubt we'll be so lucky come Halloween.

Oh and i come to this forum daily and just now hearing about xmas lights or ant signs. I've had an ant sign in my castle since i first built it because it looked funny to me. I didn't know it meant something. But I've heard plenty about stupid Kermit the hermit! Which is why that nonsense should be swept off to OFF TOPIC grrrrr....

Guess I'll go search what this xmas light thing is about now. In not concerned about max nerds or levels reached, but i like helping my neighbors daily which is why i participate in a social game and its forum. I hope everyone is having fun.

I forget who the OP was but it was figured out weeks ago that the way to get max elixir and gold was for everyone not to defend. Attack only. An indicator would be Xmas lights and or hail ants signs. Some people have spelled out no defend in bushes etc... If this is the first time some are hearing this then I'm glad I brought it up again. Back when I was defending I was averaging 200-300 in gold. Now I average 2000-3000 by only attacking people who don't defend and I don't defend.
