Do we still get hidden bonus for Springfield heights buildings?

I found this awhile back and saved it. Hope this helps. Made me put out most of my SH buildings.

Definitely, once you have everything I believe it adds up to 153%.

153% is what most people will get. In the early days of Springfield Heights, some people were able to get more than 10 buildings due to a glitch. If you were one of those people you exceed the 153% hidden XP bonus.

it still is glitched somehow.... or at least it is for those of us that got extra buildings from the glitch in the first place. i used to have 25 modern mansions, lost 7 somewhere down the line. and just last week, i "recovered" 20 classic mansions that i'd lost over time by putting out the remaining one from my inventory, going to the visit neighbor screen, then back into my town.... it may have also involved storing one of my deluxe condos in the process (which i have 23 of in my inventory), but when i came back to my town, i had 20 classics sitting in my inventory. put them all out for the hidden bonus before they disappeared on me again.

Im still pretty new lvl 114 but I learned alot of tricks on this site like KEM Farming and more but reading all this eally helps more cause right now Im in the works of building up my Sprinfield Heights even maybe putting Mono Rail Station there I have it inventory but knowing building it up right now sounds even better idea

The bonus ALMOST makes me want to pull the parking garages out of inventory. Nah. Too big, too ugly.

Once they're fully upgraded you can choose their appearance from the 5 levels, so you can make them level 1 short again. Business Centers and Deluxe Condos do that as well.
They don't look nearly as bad that way. And if you scatter them around your town they're hardly noticeable.

If you choose to display them as level 1, don't you get a smaller XP percentage?
