Homer's Foreshadowing

I've heard that the developers have been trying to figure out how to do the monorail for some time, they may or may not find a way to implement it.
I doubt they'll actually change the way Sideshow Bob works, since it's tied to the Righteousness rating.
Stonecutters I could see happening, though the fact that they know we want it badly enough to mention it means it will be a high-cost premium item, which makes me a little sad because it will probably be beyond my reach.

I'll be very interested to see how they implement the monorail. If we get to build our own monorail track, would we get to build it piece by piece, like with boardwalk tiles? Would we be able to place it along the roads, or will it need extra room? Taking up extra space would probably cause a lot of outrage from people who are demanding more land already. Maybe it won't be a functional monorail, and it will just be a leftover flaming monowreck.

What about land? They can't give us something big and ugly like the mono rail without more land!
