What takedown? The Winter Event is still happening; we're in Act Three. Why wouldn't the radius still work? Why wouldn't those who didn't get a chance to upgrade it earlier be given a change now to upgrade it now?
The real question is: Is there any reason to upgrade it past 20? Does anyone have any proof that the radius actually expands past level 20?
