The other thing that drives me as crazy as house farms are massive flower beds that look like magic eye paintings...
I have a friend like the one you describe and I can tell you it was amazing for Whacking Day when you didn't have to go looking for the snakes. I have a small blue house farm on the northern strip of my town, so unfortunately we can't be friends.
