How does Witch Marge speed up crops?

Checked Moonshine completion time: 19 hrs 58 minutes.
Assigned Witch Marge "Speed up Growth"
Time to completion of Moonshine: 19 hrs 58 minutes

So it didn't work for me.

So it didn't work for me.

All of a sudden it don't work for me either. Speed up corn twice = -8h, the I taked Marge to do a victory lap, and the corn where back again to it's original time. :(

Sorry about this, oh well, it would have been to good to be true. Really helps out with the faster plants
