I do an occasional random audit, usually right after an event. I want to see who hasnt logged in, even when a new event has started. I have many "permanent neighbors " that I wont delete. But otherwise, anyone not playing DAILY is subject to deletion. If someone hasnt logged in 2 days after a new event has begun, they are likely getting dumped. But that's because I get A LOT of friend reqs and I want to be able to accept them, so I must make room frequently
I will dump people not playing daily, but I will also reaccept those same ppl if they want to reconnect. Because it's nothing personal, I just prefer neighbors who are active DAILY. I like helping noobs, and I like ppl who are fixated on building their SFs and work on it every day (like I do ?)
So I want to see daily logins and towns designed with logic.
