I bought a boatload during the Gil deal and I've spent a bit over 500 donuts so far during this event. The majority of those donuts have been spent on the limited time stuff like Super Sexy Flanders, the Ice Palace, a box of fireworks, the fireworks barge, the Christmas Mansion of Solid Gold fa?ade, and a bunch of ice fences to go with the Ice Palace. Before the Gil deal, I got Santa's Village and a few festive trashcan fires and I wanted to get King Winter but I didn't have enough donuts and wanted to wait for the Gil deal to get my boatload so I had to pass that up unfortunately.

People keep being donuts keep giving EA little to no incentive to fix all the issues with their game.

So, you think that if the game starts LOSING them money, theyre going to invest MORE effort? I heartily disagree. Unfortunately, being that they are renowned as the Worst Company in the World 2 years running and almost had a three-peat this year, I doubt they are very good at reforming their ways. If they stop making money, they'll nuke the game. Not fix it. Theyll write off the loss and move on to the next game. It won't occur to them that they brought it upon themselves. Nor would they care.

In this day and age The Simpsons brand is too big to just shut down willy-nilly.

Spending money just because one is afraid they'll completely pull the plug on the game is exactly what EA wants. Fear is not, and should not be, a good motivator to do anything, much less continue to support a game and developers who obviously don't care about fixing countless issues with the game (seriously how long are they going to let Skinner's and Selma's task list stay out of order?) It just shows EA doesn't care and they want one thing. Cash-money baby.

You know, there are other groups out there that use fear to try to get what they want. But we don't call them businesses....................

That's what EA thinks of everyone who plays this game. Especially the ones who keep spending money in the face of all the issues with this game. Keep sending more money. Keep being afraid. That's just what EA wants.
