In the Google Apps Play Store, in the spot where it usually shows number of times an app has been downloaded, when I select TSTO, that spot says "5,000,000+"
As to whether all the people who have downloaded it actually play it, I have no clue.
Oh. And also you need to keep in mind that it is misleading. I play on an iPad, on a Nexus, and on my Samsung Galaxy, and downloaded/installed it to each one. One person. Three downloads. Hmmm.
