How to contact EA directly
I always use live chat and they manage to sort my problems out every time. The longest I've had to wait is 5 minutes. I would recommend this option. Plus it's free.

Their LiveChat is worse than useless. I got a guy named Ranjan just now who directed me back here for help!! I already tried you guys! It's a TECHNICAL problem.
