How to contact EA directly
I always use live chat and they manage to sort my problems out every time. The longest I've had to wait is 5 minutes. I would recommend this option. Plus it's free.

Recently when I have tried it will show as if I am being connected to someone to help answer my problems.
But it just says you are being connected to a game advisor and the wait is apparently about 5 minutes. And then it has a orange button that says complete. I tried waiting and nothing, then I pressed complete and nothing. Is it buggy or do I have to wait longer then what it says. Kind of irritating. As I never used to have trouble getting a rep to chat.
