- I wanted to bump this up with the issues of not being able to log in. I now it is always useful

Good luck. - Some things are available only during business hours U.S. (Especially the phone, if you select this right before end of Friday they won't call back till Monday. And if you don't answer you'll have to resume the case to move forward). You have to press the complete button to start a case process or you'll be twiddling your thumbs. The last few dozen calls responded seconds after I hit the complete button. Half the time it's helpful (satisfied/answered/fixed), the rest is forwarded up to so-n-so (do to the fact that they had to re compensate bla bla bla = maxed out donut refund so almost every case has to go to the senior tech to look into it), or I don't like the person or can't understand them (just ask for someone else- it might take you a few minutes to realize you need to do this, but they have to - hopefully with better luck, or you'll just have to hang up and resume to talk to someone else).
Chat was terrible- keeps timing out and asking if I was there (yes dang it I'm trying to asthe dang question you asked)

Talking is easier to tell if they're reading scripts or actually know what they're talking about.
Hope this long winded bla helped. (I just got $$$$ credits to my account and they didn't even bother to let me know or close my case. The nerve!! :lol: )
