Have you chased EA over this? When i say chase i mean keep on at them? I know they sometimes arent the quickest to coming back to people but seems strange it been so long :( - Sorry to hear about that :(

Yes I ask for updates on live chats once every 3-4 days, they keep saying my case is with the specialist team and that I will be contacted soon, but nothing happened, and it's been 2 weeks since the case was taken from the special team.fuffazzoni wrote:
