I think your confusing whining with cheering.

Your Post nailed what the community on the whole is thinking. You used to be rewarded for hard work, now you can bust your butt as much as you like and all you get is laughed at while EA counts their wallets. Unfortunately it's now just a cash grab game like Family Guy.

So sad, I really enjoyed tapped out but its been sliding the last few events, I don't even want to log on anymore. Not to mention I have run out of room in my park and now have the decision to just stop playing or try to tweak things to make more room. I really like my design though, and don't want to alter. I guess it's a good thing the events killed the game, any more buildings and I would have to quit anyway until they unlock more land.

To try and be constructive:Would have made all the difference in this event? All the gold prizes were awesome (buildings, chars, etc) and could only be spun once. Once you clear the wheel it just flips to a bunch of money/blue/pink/donut spaces. This would have made getting gold spins super exciting, no worry of getting multiple of the same crap, and with hard work and grinding you would be able to clear the wheel by event end.

So glad all the crap I got in this event is forever stuck in my inventory to consistently ridicule me and bring back bad memories.
