I hope Whacking Day comes back!

I really didn't have any issues with last year's Whacking Day so I would welcome its return.

I'm different on the "bring back whacking day vs don't" debate.

I just ask no wheel, and no easily missed presents from friends. During the WD & last Xmas events, eggs and gift bags were always behind buildings and I could never find them. During WD my town was small, so I could find them - but during the Xmas event, it was almost impossible!

I love to see it come back, but just change the features. Add the drop all eggs option or maximum drop. Lower how many you need to wack. I do love the wacking sound it makes lol. Always give my snake a wack to remind me of WD (the snake with the football helmet)

If they bring it back, I hope they make it a little easier then last year. Last years event was beyond hard. I literally got lucky getting all the personal prizes, and that was only because they extended the event.

I see Whacking Day working again if:
*Snakes replicate ghosts from Halloween - i.e. theres >5 snakes in the town but you can only collect 5 in each (that saves hunting for the last one!!).
*Eggs dropped like presents from Xmas, rather than placing manually.

That'll save a heck of a lot of headaches. I do think EA have done some great work evolving the holiday formula with each iteration. Sure, WD was frustrating for some(/most), and the Xmas Wheel was annoying & unfair for those unlucky with the odds, but after each the usually refine it for the next holiday.

(And I had no problems with the original WD. Was actually my first event, enjoyed it & it prompted me to discover TSTO sites to get extra friend towns. :-) )

As long as it is not a grind again then IDGAF

I started playing during Wacking Day and I loved it. Hope they have it again this year.

Whacking Day is like drinking, it sounds like a great idea until you get hit by the next day hangover. Then you are saying that I'll never do that again. I personally still feel the Whacking Day hangover.
