I have had a chat session about the double squeaky voiced teen bug (whoa, what a description...), but the answer was "sorry, we don't solve in game problems..."..
Of course, the solution is removing the double teen from the inventory and give me the equivalent amount of donuts... I should try again whit a different representative...

I never got around to contacting (realized late also) because the day I planned to is the day it got fixed. Wasnt sure if it was worth bothering them about by then and I did earn the DTD with several days to go so not a huge loss but heck, the egg compensation sounds great, especially since you got them now in phase 2!

Sounds very fair. Remember in CoC when there was the glitch with gold and elixir? Others got donuts and I was personally more concerned by the missing gold but they gave me a small amount of elixir instead. Oy. Not complaining but that my first ever experience with EA customer service and the EA guy honestly didnt even seem to understand my complaint! So anyway, what's done is done but sounds like you were compensated well. :)

And hey if you have room for another neighbor (I'd probably send eggs right back at you, that's what I try to do for everyone) feel free to add me too. My screenname here is my user name. Enjoy your egg bonus either way!

And yeah Tzipi, it was very fair. It took me 2 chatsessions and 6 (!) hours of waiting during those sessions though. But the people were friendly.

Maybe you should still try and contact them, you never know. I'll add you too.

I think that is very fair indeed. I have been getting better response times from EA lately. I am one of your neighbors and always drop gremlins in every town every day! No need to reciprocate however if you have neighbors who are in need as I am in the top 5 of leaderboard of my list of 100. I have you in my feeder town as well and drop you gremlins every day there as well.

Edit: Can't drop eggs at your SF, i've noticed my top 5 often are filled up when visit.

Hi Lost Cause-NL, no problem as I notice my main town and my feeder town (above4beyond) always seem to have gremlins running around. Thanks for trying to drop.

Is that the only way to get compensated for the eggs you lost then? I never contacted them about it because I figured since everyone was effected by the glitch, they'd go through and compensate everyone.
