I had my whole town on 60 minute tasks yesterday and with approximately 6 minutes and 10 seconds left I still had to pay to rush. Can't say the exact moment the rush became free but it was right around 5 minutes left. If you assume it changed right at 5 minutes left then the 60 minute task becomes free after 55/60 minutes or 91.66% of the job is completed. If I apply that assumption to a 24 hour task then it means they would become free with around 2 hours left but I don't think the free rush is available that early on a 24 hour job so maybe the rules are different depending on the length of the task.

1 hr: 6 min
2 hr: 12 min
4 hr: 24 min
8 hr: 48 min
10 hr: 1 hr
12 hr: 1 hr 12 min
24 hr: 2 hr 24 min

For people the only tasks I can think of that are longer than 24 hrs are Apu 7 day shift and Brandine 90 day birth.

Cletus farm has the 90 day corn, Burns manor, Krabapple are 48hr, spinster appt 36 hr

Anyone got any of these near done ?

As far as I can tell, there is not rush available for any building payouts. If anyone knows of one, please let me know.

In addition to Apu's 7d task and Brandine's 90 day task, there is Wolfcastle's 36 hour task and a few more 36-h tasks (Homer's donut torture task?)

I think it's kinda glitchy. I've seen between 20-30 minutes to rush a 4 hr task. Certain characters required near 20, while others could be rushed just under 30.

Today, I couldn't find any characters that could be rushed close to 30. All 4hr tasks could be rushed around 23 minutes left.

More likely the last 8 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes. But we'd need someone birthing a Spuckler to tell for sure.

While I cannot 100% verify, but I think this would be the exception to the rule. Much like the crafting tasks can't be rushed early either.

I would think corn would be the same, an item that cannot be rushed.

I wonder what the rush time is on Apu's 7 day task is. Obviously we won't know until the event is over as he is used to generate Pick Axes.

If it's 10% then I will watch my 24h taskers at 21h 36 min. I think I remember that at 2h it was NOT rushable, but I guess I'll find out for sure.
