Not to take any thing away from the Guy that your looking for but all i saw in the update file was these 3 folders 3_0_0_r4_TieinMikePrice TieInMikePriceGame-100 TieInMikePriceMenu-ipad3 game...

You have to examine the files inside those folders to find the relevant info. All I can see is Fat Tony and something about Scorpio Promotion.
