I never knew that animated tasks have their own icon

I won't say anything about posting on this on p3 of the wish list thread weeks ago then ... ?
( the animated task symbol )

Sooooo many without the symbol though! Many of my favorite visible tasks are missing that icon. Dont rely on it too much.

AFIK if it's a task that animates the character it always shows but if it's those others you mean then yeah, they'd need a bit of research

Strictly "visible on the streets" character tasks. For example, Mona Simpson has a joint task w Abe to feed the birds. The Xmas tree guy has a 12 hr task to flee arsonists. There's more I cant remember

I like the park bench tasks. There's so much you can do on a park bench... feed birds, sleep under a newspaper, look at your favourite magazine etc

Once I get someone on a bench, I usually just keep them there. I like to keep all:
- bench sitters
- weapon brandishers
- drinkers
- exercisers
- gift/money givers
constantly on their task.

Just looked up that Herb Tannenbaum ( xmas tree guy ) task and although it isn't set as animated it is set with a movement instruction ?!? Wonderful !!

In my defence I never noticed the icon because I generally defaulted to the unemployment office to send characters on tasks. Recently I stopped doing that though and started focusing on having characters do interesting stuff around town. Good to know some tasks are missing the icon, I'll try to keep an eye out for them :)
