I think Legs whacked Louie

Happened to me too. Three times now. And lou went missing today as well. Just store Fat tony's mansion and put it back out. That will fix it but he might disappear again anyway.
I hope EA fixes this issue soon.

    Store Fat Toni's compound (or the businesman complex) and replace it. They shall respawn.
