I think SH was rushed out

I agree completely. And it's why I stopped playing the game about a week ago. I came back to the forum today to see if anything had been fixed to allow storing of Springfield Heights Buildings or disabling or constantly taskbar notifications to craft more coffee and yoga mats, but nothing has changed for the better. In fact, according to your post and many others, things have gotten even worse.

Sorry EA, I am still out. And I take it that many others will soon follow.

Bummer, this game used to be lots of fun!

  • Still can't visit friends on my iPad 4 or iPod 5th gen Yet everything else works perfectly fine.

I'm assuming it happened once the new update of Springfield heights started.

Also I re downloaded the game and let it download the updates and still no luck.
Ea needs to do some work.
  • I am working on the principle that more land = more glitches. I've been moaning enough for the land so I'll work through the glitches. I wanted the land far more than I worry about glitches.
  • I'm enjoying SH, but the mechanics of it seem strange.

Wouldn't it have worked better to have the characters that have SH jobs have skins for that? Then they could get rid of assigning tasks by clicking the buildings, and get rid of the SH icons in the top left corner.

What's the downside? Besides more skins to scroll through.

Edit: I thought of a downside. The number of taps increases. For example, say you have 6 characters working in a building. You need 9 taps to assign them tasks. One to clear, one to bring up the GUI, and 6 more for the assignments, and a final tap to bring down the GUI. With skins, you need 2 taps per character, or 12 total. One to bring up the GUI, and one to assign the task. The GUI goes down automatically.

I wasn't around when Squidport and KL were released. Were they just as buggy at first?

Oh, yeah! However, those bugs were beneficial to the player: extra tickets at the KL entrance and endless tiles for Squidport.

The stackables were discovered, came after SP. We didn't realize it or it didn't exist off the bat and we were on the slow grind before we found it, noticed it. That's how I remember it because of the endless threads on how long it was going to take to build all the tiles. Then one day...stackables appeared.

You're right, John. I've assumed the tiles were stackable from the start, but it wasn't until Halloween that we figured out how to exploit it. Of course, I don't know that. Wasn't it LPN who started that tile-tapping thread?

I don't remember who found it but WOW was cool. The forum went nuts! Then we were trying to figure out if it was a glitch or an Easter egg we missed since tiles were so expensive and took too long to build.
