Ok smart guy, how are you going to tell me that you seriously doubt that they told me that when THAT IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME? You must be very sure of yourself there. If you we're smart and read the TERM AND CONDITIONS, you will see that there is only a 60 window to get a refund. After that, YOU MUST CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE GAME.
As far as my attitude, it's none of your business how I am acting unless you work for EA. So back up off of my nuts and stop trying to correct me and try to make it seem like I am lying about what the lady at the iTunes support told me on the phone.
Bottom line is that I spent a good amount of money on this game and when this problem started I was told that I had to wait for the update to get access to my Simpsons town and I waited. Thanksgiving update came and I still can't access my town. I was willing to wait just so I can play but now I'm tired of the hassle I have to go through just tomplaybthis game that really isn't that fun anyway.
