I seriously doubt Apple has told you that. Try contacting them through their website. You will get a response within 24hrs, if not sooner. I can guarantee that they will refund you any money you have ...

Unfortunately this place is only used by other gamers. The actual EA people do not ever come here, so your rant would go unnoticed by them.

I suggest you blow up their Facebook page. They actually post there.
