Dude what part of I ALREADY TALKED TO THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT EA TO GET THE REFUND do you not get. Maybe I'll just post the email

Hello I purchased this app called "Simpsons Tapped out" I have spent about $150 on the in game app feature but for the last month I have not been able to access this app. It starts then crashes within 15 seconds. I have spent a lot of money on this app and now I it does not work. I was reading the terms and conditions and it says I can get a refund if the app has connection issues on behalf of the programmer. I was waiting for an update that would allow this app to work again but there have been 2 and I still can't access this app.
Please issue me a refund. Thanks
