Hmmm I wasn't aware there was a 60 day window. Interesting. I would suggest that you contact them again and get into really detail the issue of the problem. The more you write and provide them with, the more they will be willing to help. Also contact EA themselves through their 800 number. Contact the devs through the official tapped out Facebook page. Just be aware that if you act childish in any way is includes cursing, ranting, yelling, threatening or anything like that will just result in them not going to help you. Be as helpful as possible and as nice as you can & they will help you
