Only some of the buildings provide multipliers, those without accessories?
Modern Mansion 5%
Classic Mansion 4%
Valet Parking 3%
Business Centre 2%
Deluxe Condo 1%
You need to place the buildings, no upgrade needed.
Private Island 1%
You need level 2 to "unlock" the multiplier.
