This is an on-going concern in my town. Ordinarily, I leave rents uncollected around my landing zone so neighbors can get in and out quickly, but after dropping 10 million, I've been obsessively collecting rents. I've never been one to strive for 100s of millions in cash reserves but instead purchase weather stations--and now bloodmobiles--for the level-up bonuses. I hate having to tap brown buildings and the like in my neighbors' towns, but that's the sort of thing I've lately been leaving uncollected for my neighbors.
