Your original post is a run-on sentence. It also starts as a question but doesn't end as one.

And, Your wording within the sentence could have been chosen better as well. If someone was using a translator to read the page, it might not translate well.

Plus you are talking to a company name like it's a person on the forum.

And you could have also just replied to the multiple existing threads expressing this exact same opinion, rather than making a new one with such a vague thread title.
