Invisible characters that you can't collect from

I had the Daily Challenge to 'Make Springfielders Stamped Stores' and when it was done... I'd tap the character face in the Character Finder and it would whip me over to a random spot with no charact...

@TheRealTiminator - not what I meant.
When he's on 4h task ( and maybe others ) and it's complete he's popping in and out of buildings and if he's inside there's nothing to see and nothing to tap. Drives me batty ( ok, more batty "!! )
