Thats what annoys me most on that song. Its all not irony, it is nothing but bad luck.
it would have been irony if she had traded the spoons for one knife and finally gets soup for dinner. But i believe this is a highjack of the thread. :oops: I am just so annoyed with this song because of exactly that phrase.- I know nothing in the song is ironic. It just makes me chuckle how fired up people get over it.
