Honestly, I'd hold off on any purchase just yet:
a) Halloween's due in (probably) a fortnight, which may have something awesome AND limited-time; and
b) Barney was on sale in last year's Black Friday deals (down to 195 donuts).
He's always gonna be around to buy, so it can't hurt to wait a month or 2 and see if he gets cheaper again.
