Is Road to Riches worth it?

The roads to riches items I think does give out XP. There will come a point when you got so much game cash that you don't know what to do with it. That would be the time for you to buy such items.

I am pretty sure that cash caps out around about just after 4 billion or so.

So you might as well as spend all your in game cash on buying all the Inspirational buildings, Money Mountain, the Redwood as well as Road to Riches.

Also there is a point getting 1 billion points in Springfield Heights, since that is the only way to unlock Paris Texan into your game.
