Is taking advantage of in game glitches cheating?
I say no. There are no "rules" for this games therefore cheating can occur. Is it unethical, well that's a different questions, but no I don't think it's unethical either.

To me, things like the SPT are not really glitches (as has been mentioned before), rather they are ways to let us "get something" by following the nuances of the game. Once we are more involved with the game, we are also more likely to spend $$$ for donuts. So...we get "free" tiles, and EA gets additional revenue from some at least.
