Is taking advantage of in game glitches cheating?
I say no. There are no "rules" for this games therefore cheating can occur. Is it unethical, well that's a different questions, but no I don't think it's unethical either.

Anyone who says this isn't cheating is very good at lying to themselves.
It's cheating, and I'm a cheater. It's not hurting anyone, so no one cares, but there is no need to lie to ourselves about it.
