Is the Jobs Manager broken for anyone else?
I have all my TSTO walking around idle, but Jobs Manager only shows 17 are available for job assignment. Very odd. :s

Most of the characters can do this so until you check it off the list it won't free up the characters for the job manager.
Even if I cancel a "send all springfielders" task from the daily challenges the job manager has still been messed up for me for ~24 hours after. Hopefully it gets fixed.
That seems to be the way it works for everyone, have you tried synching the game after you cancelled the task by going to Krustyland/neighbours screen or closing down the game and doing a restart of the device.
