Is the Jobs Manager broken for anyone else?
I have all my TSTO walking around idle, but Jobs Manager only shows 17 are available for job assignment. Very odd. :s

Oh ya okay. Ya thats always been broken for me. Ever since they gave it to us. People were saying how they could collect from it after everyone is done with said mount of time job. But it does NOT work. I hajve to MANUALLY collect from each person. I can enable the task from the building but I have to manually collect. I think thats broken as all ****. In fact I almost thought of just putting it in storage since I've been manually setting tasks again anyway recently....if I can't click "done" on the task I put everyone on from the building then **** is the point in the building anymore?
That's awful that it's been broken that long! When did it come out? 2 years ago? EA does nothing about this? What crap. Maybe this should be moved to the "Bugs" section (Does EA read there?). Or maybe one of the mods (@johncolombo ) can escalate it to some EA person?
